At 9to9 Preschool, we are committed to delivering a seamless and supportive experience for every parent and guardian. Our programs and services are carefully curated and scheduled in advance. Accordingly, we have established the following transparent refund policy to maintain operational integrity while addressing legitimate requests.
All payments made via the 9to9 platform — including but not limited to classes, subscriptions, and educational toolkits — are considered prepaid and non-refundable. Once a service is booked or accessed, it is deemed consumed, and refund claims shall not be entertained under standard circumstances.
We recognize that circumstances may occasionally change or payment errors may occur. A full refund of the registration fee is available if a formal request is submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction. Such requests must be directed to 9to9school@gmail.com along with complete payment details. Refund requests submitted after the stipulated period shall not qualify for reimbursement.
In the event of service disruptions caused by technical failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions, refunds will be evaluated and processed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the 9to9 Legal and Finance Team.
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days and will be credited exclusively to the original method of payment.
All refund determinations are final and remain within the exclusive authority of the 9to9 Legal and Compliance Department.
